The Press of Higher Vocational State School in Wloclawek was established in 2005. The Editor-in-Chief is Dr Jan Bekasinski. The Editorial Board is composed of representatives of the academic staff.

The School Press was founded in order to gather materials for publication, to carry out the publishing plans of the school and to cooperate with printing houses. The school regularly publishes three journals, i.e. “Rozprawy Humanistyczne” (“Papers in the Humanities”), “Zbliżenia Cywilizacyjne” (“Civilization Encounters”), and “Ekonomia i Zarządzanie” (“Economics and Management”), as well as occasional publications, conference proceedings and monographs. It also participates in joint publications resulting from the cooperation with other colleges.

The journal series with the longest tradition is Zeszyty Naukowe: Rozprawy Humanistyczne [Research Papers: Papers in the Humanities], edited by Dr hab. Jan Majer, Professor of Higher Vocational State School in Wloclawek. Rozprawy Humanistyczne contains contributions of researchers of the Department of Polish and the Institute of Modern Languages.
 Zeszyty Naukowe: Zblizenia Cywilizacyjne [Research Papers: Civilization Encounters] is another journal series. It is edited by Dr hab. Andrzej Sepkowski, Professor of Higher Vocational State School in Wloclawek, and intended for researchers of the Department of International Relations.
 A third journal series published by the school press is Zeszyty Naukowe: Ekonomia i Zarzadzanie [Research Papers: Economics and Management], edited by Dr hab. Marek Zarebski, Professor of Higher Vocational State School in Wloclawek and containing articles by researchers of the Department of Management.
